SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping methods provided are as follows:

  • USPS 
  • UPS  

Shipping method options are detailed during checkout (fees, estimated delivery dates, local pickup etc..). Some methods may not be available on all purchases. For in-store pickup, we recommend you avoid using any speed-pay payment method (ie.. PayPal, Apple Pay, etc..) since these methods of payment are meant to speed you through the checkout process; they can bypass the in-store pickup option. Signature on delivery may be required on select items. Purchases made Monday-Friday are generally processed for shipment within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Expedited shipping orders placed Monday-Friday after 12pm (EST) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Packages on orders that consist of large items and/or many items may be classified as oversized by the shipping courier. This can cause the shipping cost to differ from what was calculated at checkout. Should that occur, we will contact you with an exact shipping cost for your approval before proceeding with the order. Kindly bear in mind, oversized package determinations and costs that accompany their deliveries are calculated by the shipping courier services and are not within our control. We do not combine shipments on orders. Shipping charges are subject to change.

Chubzzy Wubzzy Toys & Collectibles cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages when the courier's tracking systems show the package was delivered; however, in the event your package is lost/stolen, we will provide you with as much assistance as possible to file a claim with the courier to report your lost/stolen shipment. Our company also cannot be held accountable should the shipping details provided in your order be incorrect and/or incomplete and cause mis-delivery of your package. If a package is returned to us for any reason other than our request or item manufacturer defect, purchaser will be responsible for additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure mint condition of manufacturer packaging. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the package handling once it is in the shipping couriers possession, however, we do our best to protect it with packing materials for a damage free delivery.
