RETURN POLICY

  • Sales are final on select items, please feel free to ask any questions prior to making a purchase. Additional information or photos (on select items) can be provided upon request. Unless otherwise noted, all products are brand new and in original manufacturer packaging. 
  • We have a 10 day return policy for both online and in-store purchases. If the allotted return period has passed from your date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For online returns, refunds are offered by way of your original payment method. For in-store returns, refunds are offered by way of your original payment method with receipt or store credit without a receipt. 
  • If you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. Customer is responsible for return postage costs. Once your return is authorized and the product is received and confirmed to be in re-selling condition, a refund (less the 20% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours (shipping costs - both to and from Chubzzy Wubzzy Toys & Collectibles will not be refunded) . If you no longer possess the credit card account used to make your purchase, a store credit will be issued in place of the refund as we are unable to issue a refund to any other card other than the one used at the time of your purchase. 
  • Gift certificates and items marked as non-returnable at time of check-out are considered as such, thereby excluded from our return policy.
  • Worn/used apparel or accessories are not returnable. 

If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@chubzzywubzzy.com or call us at (862) 386-8034 (EST, 11am-6pm Wed-Sun) to receive return authorization. Any returns received without prior authorization may be delayed and/or not eligible for a full refund.

Note:  Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original unopened packaging. If you have opened the packaging, it is yours to keep and we cannot accept your return. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Once the item is back in our possession and we have determined it is still in new/sealed condition, we will issue a refund less the 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs. Returned items must have all packaging and documentation as supplied by the manufacturer.  If we are unable to resell it as new (at our discretion) we cannot accept your return.  If we determine the item is not in a new/sealed condition, your return may be subjected to a 30% restocking fee and/or we may dispute your return. If you refuse your order or your order is returned to us for any reason by the courier, you will be responsible for all shipping costs including initial costs and may be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

If the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is authorized (pre-paid return label provided by Chubzzy Wubzzy). In the case of an order error or a manufacturer defective item, you choose to return using your own carrier selection, you will be responsible for shipping costs and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

Products with minor cosmetic paint issues do not qualify as defective products, however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily replace it if there is stock on said item. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees for replacement items.
