$349.99

Electric Tiki presents the ninth maquette in its ongoing salute to classic TV characters, the Ralph Hinkley maquette. Making its television debut in March of 1981, "The Greatest American Hero", as portrayed by William Katt, became an instant hit and created a fan base that is still going on strong over 20 years later. A tale of an ordinary school teacher bestowed with powers he can't seem to control and a secret life he can't seem to explain. With talk of a feature film on the horizon, a new generation will discover what made this character last the test of time.

Each maquette is made of cold cast resin, individually numbered, hand-painted and ready to display! Strictly limited to only 750 pieces worldwide. Includes certificate of authenticity and comes in a decorated box. Based on original animation designs by Tracy Mark Lee, sculpted by Schü, and created by professional animators for the "toon" inclined. This statue is #75 of 750. Ages 16+.

In animation a maquette is a small model of an intended work, used by animators as a reference tool to help retain character consistency.
